Shannon and I went to a local park and took a few self-timed pictures of each other. The film ended up being bad and the photos all turned out grainy, but we had a lot of fun!

park is out of the way and pretty isolated. We like going for
walks there and sometimes playing around on the playground. | |

I love this picture :) It
took a lot of finess to get the teeter-toter to go down on Shannon's
side (I am much, much heavier), but it was worth it! |

We
had a running joke for weeks about anna 'flailing her elbows wildly'.
It came from one of Shannon's pregnancy books that described the
baby's development at some point as 'able to move elbows'. Why
just elbows? We didn't know, but decided to try and imitate what
she would be doing while moving her elbows about. |

We got a chance to see my
parents, brother and sisters, and a few of my aunts and uncles at
Adam's wedding. Here was a group photo of several of us. |

On memorial day Shannon and me,
Blaine and Nycole, and Adam and April (just back from their honeymoon)
went to Thatcher State Park for a cookout. It was cold and rainy
- the park was almost empty for us. We were prepared for the
weather and had a great time. |
